This Bagel Dip is hands down the most requested appetizer I make for parties, holidays, and get togethers. It’s creamy, savory, packed with flavor, and somehow always the first thing to disappear. The best part? It’s one of the simplest and most inexpensive dips to throw together with just a few basic ingredients. Made with corned beef, dill, onion, and a creamy base, it pairs perfectly with bagel pieces, crackers, or fresh veggies for an easy make ahead snack everyone loves.
Serving Size: 10–12 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/3 cups sour cream
2 tsp. Accent seasoning
2 tsp. dill weed
1 small onion, finely minced
2 (2 oz.) packages corned beef, chopped
Instructions:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Accent seasoning, dill weed, minced onion, and chopped corned beef.
Stir until all ingredients are evenly blended and creamy.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to fully develop.
Serve chilled with bite-sized bagel pieces, sourdough bread, beer bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
Tips:
For the best flavor, make the dip a few hours ahead or overnight.
