Servings: 6 People
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
12 Hawaiian Rolls
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Packet Lipton Onion Soup and Dip Mix
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
12 Slices Cheese (American, Swiss, or Cheddar)
1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
4 Tablespoons Butter
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess grease and remove from the heat.
Stir the Lipton Onion Soup and Dip Mix into the cooked beef until evenly combined. Set aside and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them intact. Place the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Lay 6 slices of cheese evenly over the rolls, making sure all buns are covered.
Add the mayonnaise to the beef mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
Top the beef with the remaining 6 slices of cheese, then place the top halves of the rolls back on.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter with the minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter generously over the tops of the rolls.
Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve warm and enjoy.
