These Chicken Bacon Ranch Pinwheels are creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Better than any appetizer you can buy, they’re perfect for parties, snacks, or a quick make-ahead treat that everyone will love.

Servings: 32 Pinwheels

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Chill Time: 1 hour

Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

4 large burrito or flour tortillas

1 1/2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning

3/4 cup bacon bits

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

2 tbsp milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, bacon bits, shredded chicken, milk, and cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.

Lay a tortilla flat and evenly spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the surface.

Roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Wrap it in plastic wrap to hold its shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up the pinwheels, making them easier to slice.

Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1–1.5 inch pinwheels.

Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy.

Tips:

Soften cream cheese ahead of time for easy mixing and spreading.

Double the recipe for larger gatherings.

Add extra flavor or texture by including chopped green onions.

Make ahead: Pinwheels can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours, perfect for parties or meal prep.
