Skip the store and make your own! These turkey cranberry pinwheels are creamy, crunchy, and bursting with flavor, giving you a better-than-Costco snack or party appetizer in just an hour.

Servings: 32-64 Pinwheels

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Chill Time: 1 hour

Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes

Ingredients:

8 oz block of cream cheese, softened

8 10" taco shells or flour tortillas

1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

10 Large Romaine lettuce leaves , shredded or finely chopped

1 lb of Deli Roasted Turkey, Thinly Sliced

8 slices Swiss cheese

2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced or diced

Instructions:

Mix softened cream cheese with cranberry sauce until smooth.

Lay a taco shell flat and spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface.

Down the center of the shell, layer lettuce, turkey, Swiss cheese, and tomato.

Roll the shell into a tight log and wrap it in plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining shells.

Chill for at least 1 hour to firm up the rolls for easier slicing.

Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1–1.5 inch pinwheels.

Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Tips:

Soften the cream cheese ahead of time for easier spreading.

Slice at a slight angle for a more visually appealing presentation.
