These are my absolute favorite pinwheels ever. They are like mini sandwiches and are perfect for an event or even for your lunches!
Ingredients:
8 oz Block of Cream Cheese
8 10" Taco Shells
1/4 Cup of Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/2 Head of Romaine Lettuce
16 Slices of Turkey
16 Slices of Swiss Cheese
2 Roma Tomatoes Sliced
Instructions:
In a bowl mix together your cream cheese and cranberry sauce.
Spread your mix onto a taco shell.
In the center of the shell starting at the top all the way down to the bottom lay your lettuce down, cheese, turkey, and tomatoes.
Roll up your shell and wrap with saran wrap.
Refrigerate the pinwheels for at least one hour before cutting.
Tips:
Lay your cream cheese out ahead of time so it's softer and easier to work with.
