Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients:

1 Stick of Unsalted Butter (Melted)

2 Eggs

8.5 oz Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

1 Can of Canned Corn (Drained)

1 Can of Creamed Corn

4 oz of Sour Cream

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 2 qt casserole dish

In a bowl mix together all of your ingredients. Make sure the mixture is combined evenly.

Add your mixture to the greased casserole dish

Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown
