Creamy Sausage Rotel Dip

Ingredients:

1lb of Jimmy Deans Mild Sausage

1 Tsp of Minced Garlic

2 Blocks of Cream Cheese

4 Oz of Velveta Cheese

1 Can of Mild Rotel


Instructions:

Brown your ground sausage in a sauté pan. When cooked all the way through add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.


Over medium heat add your two blocks of cream cheese, velveta, and rotel. Cook while mixing continuously until all of the cheese is melted.


Serve with chips.


Crockpot Version:


Brown your ground sausage in a pan. When cooked all the way through add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.


Add your cream cheese, velveta, and rotel to the crockpot. Cook on high until all the ingredients are melted. Make sure you periodically stir the mixture. Turn on low once mixture is all melted together.
