Get ready to be the hero of your next party with this ultra-creamy sausage queso dip. Rich, cheesy, and packed with savory sausage and a subtle kick from Rotel and taco seasoning, it’s the kind of dip people can’t stop scooping. Melting perfectly in the slow cooker, it stays warm and velvety all night, making it the ultimate crowd-pleaser for game days, family gatherings, or any casual get-together. Serve with chips, crackers, or pretzels. Watch it disappear in minutes.

Serving Size: 8–10 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 1-2 Hours

Ingredients:

1 lb Jimmy Dean Mild Sausage

1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic

8 oz Cream Cheese, Cubed

1/2 - 1 Tsp of Taco Seasoning

16oz Velveeta Cheese, Cubed

2 (10 oz) Cans Mild Rotel, Undrained

1 (10.5 oz) Can of Cream of Mushroom

1/2 Cup of Whole Milk or Half & Half

Crockpot Instructions:

Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.

Stir in minced garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Add taco seasoning and mix well.

Transfer sausage mixture to the slow cooker. Add cream cheese, Velveeta, Rotel (with juice), and cream of mushroom soup.

Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour, stirring gently once halfway through. The milk and cream cheese create a velvety, pourable texture without the constant stirring.

Keep on LOW to stay warm. Serve with chips or crackers for dipping.

Serve With: Tortilla Chips, Fritos, Doritos, Crackers, Pretzel Bites
