Ground Chicken & Green Bean Stir Fry

1 lb Ground Chicken 

1-2 lbs Fresh Green Beans 

1/2 Cup Chicken Broth 

3 Tbsp Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar 

1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil 

1 Tbsp Cornstarch

3 Cloves Minced Garlic 

1 Tsp Ginger Paste 

1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional) 

Garlic powder 

Onion powder 

Salt & pepper 


  1. Brown your ground chicken over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with garlic & onion powder, salt & pepper.

  2. Wash and trim your green beans, cut them in half if you want smaller pieces. 

  3.  Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl - minced garlic, ginger, chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, red pepper flakes.

  4. Pour sauce in the pan with the chicken & add green beans.

  5. Cook on medium heat until the sauce simmers and thickens. 

  6. Turn the heat down to low and cover the pan with a lid, let simmer 2-3 more minutes to allow green beans to soften. 

  7. Serve over jasmine rice & enjoy!
