Ground Chicken & Green Bean stir fry

1 lb ground chicken
1-2 lbs fresh green beans
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt & pepper
Brown your ground chicken over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with garlic & onion powder, salt & pepper.
Wash and trim your green beans, cut them in half if you want smaller pieces.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl - minced garlic, ginger, chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, red pepper flakes.
Pour sauce in pan with chicken & add green beans.
Cook on medium heat until sauce simmers and thickens.
Turn heat down to low and cover pan with lid, let simmer 2-3 more minutes to allow green beans to soften.
Serve over jasmine rice & enjoy!
