Ingredients:Â
1.5 lbs skirt steakÂ
3 cloves garlic (minced)Â
2 tbsp soy sauceÂ
2 tbsp lime juiceÂ
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauceÂ
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oreganoÂ
2 tsp chili powderÂ
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup cilantroÂ
Mini flour or corn tortillasÂ
Cut up steak into half inch pieces and dice onion.Â
I’m a small bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, canola oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic and other seasonings.Â
Put steak and sauce mixture in a gallon ziplock bag and let marinade for 3-4 hours.Â
Cook steak in a pan over medium heat for 5-6 minutes or until desired doneness.Â
Add steak to tortillas and top with onions, cilantro, and other preferred toppings. *extra lime juice and cojita cheese are great on street tacos*
