Ingredients:
1 lb of Ground Beef
8 oz of Rice Noodles (You can use linquine or spaghetti noodles too)
1 1/2 Cups of Steamed Chopped Broccoli
1 Cup of Beef Broth
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Chili Paste
1/2 Cup of Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup of Light Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup of Hoisin Sauce
2 Tbsp of Cornstarch
1 Bunch of Diced Green Onions
1/4 - 1/2 Tsp of Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)

Instructions:
Cook your noodles according to the box directions. Once the noodles are cooked strain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
Next, brown your hamburger with sesame oil. Once your hamburger is browned add in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Now add your soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, chili paste, and 1/2 cup of beef broth to your hamburger. Stir until mixture is combined.
In a bowl mix your other half of beef broth with 2 tbsps of cornstarch. Wisk until the mixture is combined then add the cornstarch mixture to your hamburger. Add in red pepper flakes if preferred.
Add 1/4 - 1/2 Cup of sliced green onions and your broccoli to your hamburger mixture.
Continue to cook the mixture on medium heat for an additional 5 minutes. We want the broccoli to take on the flavor of the sauce.
Add in your noodles and toss until your noodles are all coated with the sauce.
Serve and garnish with additional green onions.
