Creamy, cheesy, and packed with savory flavor, this One-Pot Beef Stroganoff is comfort food at its finest. With tender noodles, rich sauce, and perfectly seasoned beef, it’s the kind of meal you’ll want to make again and again.

Servings: 4–6

Prep & Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 ½ tsp dried parsley

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

4 cups beef broth

2 cups heavy cream

8 oz cream cheese, cubed

12 oz egg noodles

Optional garnish: fresh parsley

Instructions:

In a large soup pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant. Stir in parsley, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly to coat the beef.

Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir in the cubed cream cheese and cook over medium heat until the cream cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Add the egg noodles to the pot. Stir frequently and cook until the noodles are tender and have absorbed the flavors, about 8–10 minutes.

Remove the pot from heat and let the stroganoff sit for 5 minutes. The sauce will thicken slightly as it rests.

Spoon into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
