Onion Roasted Potatoes

Simple, buttery, and packed with flavor, these roasted potatoes are a quick side everyone will love!


Servings: 3

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 45–50 minutes


Ingredients:

6 oz yellow potatoes, diced into bite-sized pieces

1 stick (8 tbsp) unsalted butter, cut into chunks

1 packet Lipton onion soup mix


Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F


Dice the potatoes into uniform pieces to ensure even cooking. Place them in a baking pan.


Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the potatoes. Distribute butter chunks across the top so they melt evenly during baking.


Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. For larger potatoes, bake an extra 10–15 minutes.
