There's nothing like a good hot dish to fill you up and this is one that I make quite often because of how easy and tasty it is!
Jess's Version:

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 bag frozen tater tots
1 bag frozen veggies (This can vary based on what you like. I usually use the peas/corn mixture because I don't like green beans. You could also throw in a can of corn too if you wanted).
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare a 9x13 baking pan.
Cook ground beef on the stove over medium heat.
Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Once the beef is fully cooked, combine in a bowl with sour cream, milk, cream of mushroom soup, and frozen veggies.
Pour mixture into baking pan and top with tater tots and shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 mins.

3 Cups of Steamed Mixed Veggies
1 Chopped Onion
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking pan.
Cook ground beef and chopped onions on the stove over medium heat.
Season beef mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Once the beef is fully cooked, combine in a bowl with sour cream, condensed cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, mixed veggies, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Pour mixture into baking pan and top with the other cup of cheese and line with tater tots.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 mins. Cook longer if you want the tots extra crispy.
