Pistachio Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Butter

1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

1/4 Cup Water

1 Egg

1 Tsp Vanilla

1 Tsp Almond Extract

1 Large Package of Pistachio Pudding (or 2 small packages)

1/2 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Baking Powder

2 Cups Flour

1/2-1 Cup White Chocolate Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. In a medium bowl with your hand mixer, combine your butter and sugar.

  3. Add your vegetable oil, water, egg, vanilla, and almond extract.

  4. Mix well with a hand mixer.

  5. Then add your flour, pudding powder, baking powder, and salt. Continue mixing.

  6. Next, stir in your white chocolate chips.

  7. Make your dough into 1-inch balls and place them on your baking sheet.

  8. Bake at 350° for 10-12 mins & enjoy!
