Quick Pickled Cucumbers

Ingredients:

2 Cups of Sliced Cucumbers

1 Cup of Vinegar

1/4 Cup of Water

3 Tbsps of Sugar

2 Tsps of Salt

2 Tbsps of Dill


Instructions:

In a tupperware container combine the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and dill. (Whisk until sugar and salt are dissolved.)


Add your cucumbers and make sure they are fully submerged in the liquid.


Cover your container and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.


You can store them in your fridge for up to one week.
