Ingredients:
1.5 lb Turkey Tenderloin
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Tablespoon Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together the dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, thyme, pepper, salt, brown sugar, and 2 tbsps of olive oil.
Put your turkey tenderloin in a gallon bag. Pour the marinade into the bag and coat the turkey tenderloin. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Once your turkey tenderloin has been marinaded. Turn a burner to med-high heat and heat 1 tbsp of olive oil. Once hot, place the tenderloin in the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes on both sides. (Optional - you can split your turkey tenderloin into two pieces to make it easier to sear)
Next, add your tenderloin to an oven-safe pan and pour the rest of the marinade from the zip lock bag covering the tenderloin. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the turkey tenderloin has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees. After the turkey tenderloin has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees let it rest for 10 minutes before eating.
Enjoy :)
