Baked Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

16oz of Al Dente Cooked Macaroni Noodles

16oz of Velveeta Cheese

3/4 Cup of Shaved Parmesan Cheese

4 oz Freshly Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream

1/2 Tsp Onion Powder

1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tps Pepper


Optional Seasonings:

Cayenne Pepper for Spice


Optional Ingredients:

Cooked Bacon

Cooked Chicken

Cooked Hamburger

Cooked Vegetables

Bread Crumbs for Topping


Instructions:

In a medium size pot over medium-heat add your heavy cream, Velveeta, and parmesan cheese. Next, add your onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir continuously so the cheese does not burn.


Once everything is melted add your macaroni noodles to the mixture and coat the noodles with the cheese sauce. This is where you can add any of your optional ingredients.


In a greased 9x13 glass pan add your noodle mixture to the pan. Top with your Colby Jack Cheese. (You can also top with bread crumbs) Broil on high until the cheese is melted or your bread crumbs are toasted.
