Instant Pot Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:
16 oz elbow macaroni
4 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp hot sauce (optional for extra flavor)
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Add your uncooked macaroni, chicken broth, butter, and seasonings to your instant pot.
Make sure your pot is set to dealing.
Do a manual high pressure cook for 5 minutes, then quick release.
Open the lid and add your milk and cheeses. Mix everything together until smooth and creamy.
You can close the lid back up and let it sit for 5 minutes or so for the cheeses to heat up more if you feel like it isn’t getting creamy enough. You can also add more milk if needed.
