Creamy, cheesy, and ready in minutes, this Instant Pot mac & cheese is the ultimate comfort food. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a crowd-pleasing side, it’s rich, flavorful, and oh-so-easy to make!
Servings: 6–8

Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
16 oz elbow macaroni
4 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth for lighter flavor)
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp hot sauce (optional, for a little kick)
1/2 cup milk (more if needed for creaminess)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Optional: 1/4 tsp smoked paprika or mustard powder for extra flavor
Instructions:
Place uncooked macaroni, chicken broth, butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and hot sauce (if using) into the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
Seal the Instant Pot lid and set to Manual / High Pressure for 5 minutes.
Perform a quick release carefully once cooking is complete.
Open the lid and stir in milk, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Close the lid and let it sit on “Keep Warm” for 3–5 minutes, or add a splash more milk if desired for a looser consistency.
