Banana Bread / Banana Muffins




Ingredients:


5 Ripe Bananas

2 Cups of Flour

1/4 Tsp of Salt

1/2 Cup of Butter

1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

3/4 Cups of Brown Sugar

2 Eggs

Instructions:


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.


(You can use a blender for the next two steps or you can just use a hand mixer. I just prefer to use a blender so I have no chunks and it's easier.)


Peel all your bananas and throw the bananas in a blender with your two eggs. Blend until your bananas are all blended.


Next, throw your stick of butter in the blender and continue to blend until the butter is blended. Then pour into a separate bowl.


In another bowl add your: flour, salt, baking soda, and brown sugar.


Pour your dry ingredients mix into your wet ingredients bowl. Mix until the dry mixture has become completely covered with your wet ingredients.


Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and pour your mixture into the pan. Bake for 60-65 minutes. (optional to top your batter with brown sugar or add chocolate chips.)


If you are making muffins, grease 12 muffin tins and bake for 25-30 minutes.(optional to top your batter with brown sugar or add chocolate chips.)
