Beef & Veggie Soup

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 yellow onion

1 cup diced carrots

1 cup diced celery

2 cups diced potatoes

5 cups water

2 beef bouillon cubes

1 can diced tomatoes

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp basil

1 bay leaf

 
  1. Brown hamburger on stove over medium heat and drain grease

  2. Add meat and all other ingredients to a stock pot over high heat.

  3. Once everything comes to a boil, add a lid to the pan and turn heat to low. Simmer for 1 hour.
