Crack Chicken Soup

Ingredients: 

2 cans shredded chicken or 2 lbs chicken breast

4-5 slices of bacon 

6 cups chicken broth 8 oz cream cheese 

2 tsp onion powder 

2 tsp garlic powder 

1 tsp dill weed

1 tsp dried chives 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp pepper 

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 

2 cups baby spinach 

 

  1. Cook bacon in oven or air fryer.

  2. Add all ingredients except the shredded cheese and spinach to your crockpot. (It works better if you cube up the cream cheese instead of putting in the full block). 

  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. 

  4. Add in your shredded cheese and chopped spinach. Mix well and let cook for another 5-10 minutes. 

Serve & enjoy!
