Chewy Chocolate Chip M&M Cookies

These are the best cookies I have ever made! The best part? They are super easy to make. You will have people begging you to make these cookies again and again!

Yields: 24 Cookies

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Sugar

1 1/2 Cups of Brown Sugar

2 Eggs

2 Tsps of Vanilla Extract

2 1/2 Cups of Flour

1 Tsp of Baking Soda

2 Tsps of Salt

1 Cup of Unsalted Butter

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks

Mini M&Ms

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. (If you are going to refrigerate the dough overnight, skip this step.)

Melt your butter in the microwave. Once the butter is melted in a large bowl combine your sugar, brown sugar, salt, and butter. Mix with a beater until paste forms.

Next, add your two eggs and vanilla to the paste. Mix with a beater until combined.

Sift the flour and baking soda, then fold the mixture with a spatula. You do not want to over mix the dough.

After you make the dough you can add as many chocolate chunks and m&ms that you please.

Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes. You can refrigerate the dough overnight as well. The longer the dough chills the more complex the flavor will be.

Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Scoop your dough and make about 2" balls to place on the cookie sheet.

Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes. The edges should be barely brown when you remove them from the oven. (My oven cooks them perfectly at 12 minutes.)

Enjoy!
