Chicken Cordon Bleu

Here’s another way to spice up your chicken breast dinners and it’s so yummy!


4 servings

40 min cook time

Ingredients:

4 chicken breast

4 slices of ham

4 slices of Swiss cheese

3 cups corn flakes

6 tbsp melted butter

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tsp mustard

Salt & pepper

 
  1. Preheat oven to 400°

  2. Flatten chicken breasts with a rolling pin or meat tenderizer. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Layer a slice of ham and slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast. Roll chicken breast up (secure with toothpicks if needed).

  4. Use a food processor, blender, or other tool to crunch up corn flakes.

  5. Coat each chicken breast with butter and then roll in crushed corn flakes.

  6. Put coated chicken breasts in an oven-safe dish and bake at 400° for 30 mins.

  7. Mix sauce (mayonnaise and mustard).

  8. Once chicken is done baking, top with sauce (optional) and enjoy!
