Lazy Girl Chicken Pot Pie

Cook time: 4-6 hours

6 servings


Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken breast

2- 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup

2- 10.5 oz cans cream of celery soup

2 cans or 1 bag of frozen mixed veggies

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp pepper

1 can home style biscuits

 
  1. Lay thawed chicken breasts on bottom of your crockpot and top with half of your seasonings (1 tsp each).

  2. Pour your cream of chicken and cream of celery soups over top of your chicken breasts.

  3. Spread your mixed veggies over top of the soup mixture and then top with remaining 1 tsp of each seasoning.

  4. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

  5. When done cooking, use forks to shred the chicken and stir whole crockpot mixture together.

  6. Add your biscuits to a cookie sheet and bake in the oven according to package instructions.

  7. Break cooked biscuit in half and top with chicken pot pie mixture.
