Crispy Hot Honey Chicken

6 servings 

40 min cook time 


Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken breast/tenderloins

6 cups cornflakes 

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 

2 eggs

1 tsp smoked paprika 

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder 

1/2 cup Mike’s hot honey 

2 tbsp hot sauce (optional if you want it more spicy than sweet) 

Olive oil 

Salt & pepper 

 
  1. Preheat oven to 425° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a food processor or blender, combine corn flakes, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt & pepper. Blend until smooth.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk eggs and hot sauce. 

  4. Dip and soak the chicken in the egg mixture, then cover with crumb mixture. Repeat once more. 

  5. Line coated chicken on the baking sheet & bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes.

  6. After chicken is cooked, remove from oven and drizzle with the hot honey. 

  7. Top with parsley flakes (optional) and enjoy!
