Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Need an easy appetizer or snack to bring to a gathering or game day party? This Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip is always a crowd-pleaser. It’s creamy, cheesy, a little spicy, and ridiculously easy to throw together.


Servings: 8–10

Cook Time: 30–45 minutes

Equipment: Slow Cooker / Crockpot


Ingredients:

  • 3 Cans Chicken, Drained and Shredded

  • 2 Packages Cream Cheese

  • 2 Cups Sour Cream

  • 1 Packet Ranch Seasoning Mix

  • ⅔ Cups Buffalo Sauce

  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


Instructions:

  1. Turn the crockpot on HIGH.

  2. Add all ingredients to the crockpot.

  3. Stir occasionally as the ingredients heat and melt together.

  4. Continue cooking for 30–45 minutes, or until the dip is fully melted, creamy, and evenly combined.

  5. Stir well before serving.


Serving Suggestions:

Serve Fritos, Doritos, tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.
