This marinade is great for wings, chicken thighs, chicken breast, or really anything you may want to throw on a smoker or grill!
My favorite thing to do is throw some chicken thighs in a gallon ziplock bag with this mixture and let them soak overnight. Then put on the smoker at 400° for 10 mins per side. It creates a nice crispy glaze with great flavor!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
