Creamy, cheesy, and always a crowd favorite, this Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip is the perfect appetizer for parties, holidays, or game day. Let the slow cooker do all the work while everything melts together into one irresistible dip.

Serving Size: Serves 10

Ingredients:

  • 4 Cups Freshly Shredded Parmesan cheese(Freshly shredded is recommended — packaged Parmesan can be extra salty)

  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach, Steamed and Very Well Drained

  • 14 oz Artichoke Hearts, Drained and Chopped

  • 4 Teaspoons Minced Garlic

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, Cubed

  • ⅔ Cups Mayonnaise

  • 1⅓ Cups Sour Cream

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.

  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1–2 hours or LOW for 3–4 hours, stirring occasionally as the cheese melts.

  3. Once fully melted and smooth, give the dip a good stir before serving.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, crackers, or pita bread.

Enjoy!

Spinach Tips:

Removing excess moisture from the spinach is key for the best texture. After steaming:

  • Place spinach (in batches) into a potato ricer and squeeze until completely dry, or

  • Wrap spinach in paper towels and squeeze firmly to remove as much liquid as possible.

💡 Leaving excess water in the spinach can cause the dip to turn green and become runny.
