Slow Cooker Teriyaki Meatballs

Sweet, savory, and incredibly easy to make, these Slow Cooker Teriyaki Meatballs are always a crowd favorite. Perfect for potlucks, game days, or an easy weeknight dinner, they’re packed with flavor from teriyaki sauce, pineapple, and a touch of brown sugar. Serve them over rice for a simple meal everyone will love.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 2 hours on High or 4 hours on Low
Serves: 6–8
Ingredients
32 oz bag frozen meatballs
20 oz bottle Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
Hot sauce, optional
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Cooked white rice, for serving
Instructions:
In a saucepan over low heat, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, reserved pineapple juice, and hot sauce if using. Heat until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is smooth, stirring frequently.
Add the frozen meatballs to your slow cooker.
Pour the warm sauce mixture over the meatballs and gently stir to coat. Add the pineapple tidbits on top.
Cover and cook on:
High: 2 hours
Low: 4 hours
Stir occasionally if possible to prevent the sauce from sticking around the edges.
Serve over white rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
