Never made ribs before? This recipe is super easy to make and delicious!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs of Baby Back Ribs
Salt & Pepper
Sauce Ingredients:
3/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup of Ketchup
1/4 Cup of Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup of Water
1/2 Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/4 Tbsp of Dry Mustard
1 Tsp of Paprika
1 Tsp of Salt
3/4 Tsp of Pepper
1 Dash of Tabasco (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 275 degrees
Remove the membrane from the ribs.
After you have removed the membrane from the ribs line a edged baking sheet with tin foil. Lay the ribs on top of the foil and salt and pepper both sides of the ribs.
Place the ribs meat side up on the baking sheet. Cover the baking sheet with tin foil. Cook for 3-4 hours. Your ribs should internally be 190-200 degrees for the meat to just fall off the bone.
While your ribs are cooking you can make your sauce. In a sauce pan add of your sauce ingredients and cook on low until it comes to a simmer. Once the sauce has come to a simmer you can set it to the side.
Once your ribs are done cooking remove the tin foil from the top of the baking sheet. Generously apply the sauce to both sides of the ribs.
Move the rack in your oven to the second spot from the top. Place your ribs back in the oven and broil on high for 3-4 minutes. Watch your ribs carefully so they don’t burn.
After the sauce has caramelized remove the ribs from the oven and serve.
Enjoy!
