If you’re a fan of honey garlic chicken for Chinese takeout, I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed by this recipe.

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
4 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp butter
1-2 tsp minced garlic (4 garlic cloves)
2/3 cup chicken broth
2/3 cup honey
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
red pepper flakes & parsley
Heat vegetable oil in pan over medium-high heat.
Cut chicken breasts into small chunks and put in a bowl. Add cornstarch, salt, pepper, and toss to coat chicken.
Add coated chicken to pan and cook for about 5 mins (until golden brown).
Turn heat down to medium and add butter and garlic to pan.
In a small bowl combine chicken broth, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.
Pour sauce into pan with chicken and let boil for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
Top with red pepper flakes and parsley.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
