Ingredients:
8 oz smoked sausage
1 lb shrimp
2 cups broccoli
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic
1-2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for some spice)
Minute rice (as much as desired)
Cut up and prepare your sausage & broccoli.
If your shrimp is frozen, put it in a bowl and rinse it with hot water to unthaw. This is a good time to also remove the tails if they are still on.
In a skillet pan over medium heat, add some olive oil to your pan and cook sausage for 2 minutes.
Add the broccoli to your pan and cook for another 2-4 minutes.
Remove sausage and broccoli from pan and set aside.
Add 1 tbsp butter to your pan along with the shrimp. Cook for 2-4 minutes until shrimp is no longer pink.
Remove shrimp from pan and set aside with sausage & broccoli.
In your same skillet pan, add your butter, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey & any seasonings. Mix well.
Let the sauce bubble and simmer for 1-2 minutes until it thickens.
Add your remaining ingredients back into the pan and stir to coat with the sauce.
Cook your rice according to box instructions (I just use Minute rice).
Serve stir fry over rice & enjoy!
This sounds sooo good!
