If you like sweet & salty like me, you will love this dessert!
24 servings
30 min cook time
Ingreidents:
1 box club crackers (you won’t use them all)
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup crushed graham crackers
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
Prepare a 9x13 pan with parchment paper (for easy removal of bars).
Cover bottom of pan with first layer of crackers.
On the stove over medium heat, melt butter.
Once butter is melted, add brow sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and heavy cream.
Stir constantly, bringing mixture to a boil for 5 minutes.
Pour half of the caramelized mixture over the first layer of crackers and spread evenly, then add another layer of crackers.
Pour the remaining mixture over the 2nd layer of crackers, then add the 3rd and final layer of crackers.
Refrigerate while you make the chocolate topping.
Heat chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl in 20-30 second increments, stirring in between until fully melted.
Pour chocolate mixture over the final layer of crackers.
Sprinkle sea salt on top (optional). Refrigerate and serve!
