Mini Monster Cookies

So I know the whole point of the name “Monster Cookies” is because the cookies are supposed to be large, but this recipe is better suited for small cookies with the monster cookie flavor! Trust me, it just works.

12-24 servings

20 min cook time

Ingredients:

1 stick butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup peanut butter

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 1/4 cup flour

1/2 cup quick oats

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup Mini M&Ms

  1. Preheat oven roasted 350 degrees

  2. Combine butter & sugars with a hand mixer, then add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla and mix.

  3. Add flour and baking soda. Mix some more.

  4. With a spatula or wooden spoon, stir in oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms.

  5. Divide mixture into small cookie dough balls (the size of a normal cookie you would make) and place on cookie sheet(s).

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 mins. The key to keeping them soft is to not bake them too long.

**The cookies won’t expand much, so the cookie dough balls can go closer together.

Enjoy! - Jess
