Peanut Butter Fluff cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Butter

1/2 cup Peanut butter

1/2 cup White sugar 

1/2 cup Brown sugar 

1 tsp Vanilla

1 Egg

1/2 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Baking soda

1 tsp Cornstarch 

1 cup Flour

1/2 tsp Salt

3/4 cup Marshmallow fluff 

 

  1. In a large bowl, soften butter and use a hand mixer to mix in the peanut butter, egg, vanilla, and sugars.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Slowly mix dry ingredients in with wet ingredients using your hand mixer.

  4. Refrigerate dough for at least 30 mins. Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Measure out about 2 tbsp of dough and flatten

  6. Then add about 1 tbsp of marshmallow fluff to the center and form the dough around the fluff.

  7. Bake cookies for 10 mins
