Ingredients:
6 cups rice Chex cereal
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup graham crackers crumbs
2 scoops chocolate protein powder of choice
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (optional)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Measure out Chex cereal into a large bowl.
In a gallon zip-lock bag, add powdered sugar, protein powder, and crushed up graham cracker crumbs. Close bag and mix to combine.
In a small bowl add chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30-45 seconds.
Pour chocolate mixture over the Chex and stir to make sure all pieces are coated.
Add coated Chex to the gallon baggie and shake to coat with powdered sugar mixture.
Spread on a baking sheet or parchment paper and add marshmallows. I also add extra graham cracker pieces to mine.
