2 Cups of Steamed Broccoli
1 Tbsp of Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. of Beef Better Than Bullion
2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup of Boiling Water
Marinade Ingredients:
1 Cup of Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. of Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp of Minced Garlic
Instructions:
Add your stir fry beef and all your marinade ingredients to a gallon-sized bag. Massage the meat into the marinade until the meat is evenly coated. Store the marinade in the fridge for 1-2 hours before cooking the Lo Mein.
Cook your noodles according to the instructions on the package. After your noodles are cooked. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
In a glass bowl add your boiling water, brown sugar, soy sauce, and beef better than bullion. Mix until all the ingredients have dissolved. Set this mixture aside.
In a skillet cook your stir fry meat until golden brown. Once the meat is cooked, remove the meat from the skillet leaving the juices from the meat in the pan.
Add your onion and carrots to the skillet and sauté with the juices from the meat. Continue to sauté until your onions and carrots are soft. Once your onions and carrots are soft you can add your steamed broccoli and minced garlic. Cook all your veggies for an additional 3 minutes.
Add your beef, noodles, and sauce mixture to the skillet with your cooked vegetables. Toss everything together so all your ingredients are covered with your sauce mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
