Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes (including marinating)

Ingredients:

8 oz Linguine noodles or Lo Mein noodles

1 lb stir-fry beef, thinly sliced

2 large carrots, cut into thin julienne strips (use a potato peeler)

1 large onion, thinly sliced

2 cups steamed broccoli florets

1 tbsp minced garlic

Sauce:

1 tbsp Beef Better Than Bullion

2 tbsp brown sugar

3 tbsp soy sauce

1/4 cup boiling water

Marinade:

1 cup teriyaki sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions:

Combine beef and marinade ingredients in a gallon-sized bag. Massage until coated. Refrigerate 1–2 hours.

Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water; set aside.

Mix boiling water, Beef Better Than Bullion, soy sauce, and brown sugar until dissolved. Set aside.

Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef until golden brown. Remove, leaving juices in pan.

Add onion and carrots to skillet; cook 3–4 minutes. Add broccoli and garlic; cook 2–3 more minutes.

Return beef to pan. Add noodles and sauce. Toss until coated. Cook 2–3 minutes.

Plate and enjoy immediately.

Optional: garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions.

Tips:

Sear the beef in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.

Don’t overcook the broccoli; it should remain bright green and slightly crisp.

Add bell peppers or snap peas for extra color and texture.
