The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yields: 18-20


Ingredients:

3 Cups of Flour

2 Sticks of Softened Butter

1 1/4 Cups of Light Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup of Sugar

2 Eggs

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1 Tbsp Cornstarch

2 Tsps of Vanilla

Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

In a large bowl combine your softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Mix with an electric mixer.

Next add and mix your eggs, salt, baking soda, cornstarch, and vanilla.

Add your flour and mix until combined.

Fold in your chocolate chips with a spatula.

(Use as little or as much chocolate chips as you would like)

Scope about 2 normal spoon-size scoops into a ball and place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes

Enjoy :)


PS: (The dough will seem really thick and this is a good sign! This is what will make a moist cookie)
