Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 (8 oz) bottle of Russian salad dressing
2 cups sauerkraut
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
parsley flakes (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray and add chicken breasts.
Salt & pepper each chicken breast.
Spread sauerkraut over chicken breasts and then evenly pour dressing on top.
Add a slice of Swiss cheese to the top of each chicken breast.
Bake at 350° for 50-60 mins.
Top with parsley flakes and enjoy!
