Baked Reuben Chicken

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts

1 (8 oz) bottle of Russian salad dressing

2 cups sauerkraut

4 slices Swiss cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

parsley flakes (optional)

 
  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray and add chicken breasts.

  3. Salt & pepper each chicken breast.

  4. Spread sauerkraut over chicken breasts and then evenly pour dressing on top.

  5. Add a slice of Swiss cheese to the top of each chicken breast.

  6. Bake at 350° for 50-60 mins.

  7. Top with parsley flakes and enjoy!
