There is nothing better than fresh salsa. Our friend Karley introduced us to this amazing recipe. Once you make this recipe it will be a staple in your household.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Can of Shoe Peg Corn, Drained
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Pepper
1 Can of Black Beans, Drained
1 Can of Pinto Beans, Drained
1/3 Cup of White Vinegar
1/4 Cup of Oil
1/2 Tablespoon of Water
1/2 Cup of Sugar
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions:
Add your onion, corn, peppers, and beans to a large bowl.
In a separate bowl add and mix your vinegar, black pepper, oil, water, salt, and sugar. Then pour over your chopped veggies and stir. Refrigerate and serve with scoops.
