Pickle Dip

Tangy, salty, and ultra-creamy, this Dill Pickle Dip is the perfect no-bake appetizer for pickle lovers. It comes together in minutes and gets even better after chilling.


Serving Size: 8–10 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Chill Time: 20 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1–1½ cups dill pickles, finely diced

  • ¼ cup pickle juice

  • 6 oz dried beef, ham, or bacon bits, chopped

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Stir until smooth and fully blended.

  2. Finely dice the dill pickles and chop the dried beef (or ham/bacon bits).

  3. Add the pickles, pickle juice, meat, and remaining ingredients to the bowl.

  4. Stir until everything is evenly combined.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  6. Stir once more before serving.


Serving Suggestions:

Serve chilled with crackers, pretzels, potato chips, or sliced veggies.
