Ingredients:
1-1.5 cups diced dill pickles
1/4 cup pickle juice
6 oz dried beef, ham, or bacon bits
1 cup sour cream
8oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Add the softened cream cheese and sour cream to a mixing bowl. Stir until mixture is combined and smooth.
Dice up pickles and dried beef.
Add reminding ingredients to bowl and stir until combined.
Refrigerate for at least 20 mins.
Serve with crackers & enhoy!
