This is a perfect pasta salad for summer!
Ingredients:
16 oz bowtie pasta
10 slices of bacon
10-12 oz pack of cherry tomatoes
1 cup romaine lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup ranch dressing
fresh parsley (optional)
Cook bowtie pasta according to box instructions.
Cook bacon in oven at 425° for 12-15 mins or in air fryer at 375° for 8-10 mins, flipping halfway through.
Cut up cherry tomatoes into halves or quarter pieces and combine in a large bowl with cut up romaine lettuce and shredded cheese.
Once cooked and cooled, add pasta and bacon pieces to the bowl.
Add Mayo and ranch dressing and stir to combine everything.
Add fresh parsley for extra flavor if you wish.
