Breakfast Bake

1 hour, 10 min cook time


Ingredients:

20 oz package shredded hash browns

8 oz diced ham

1/2 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese

3 cups egg whites

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

 
  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray

  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese.

  4. Pour mixture into 9x13 pan and spread evenly.

  5. Top with remaining cheese.

  6. Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 hour.

  7. Check bake and if you need to melt the cheese more or want to crisp the top, broil on low for 4-5 mins.

Enjoy! **This is also tastes good reheated, so a great recipe for meal prepping.
