Crescent Roll Egg Bake

Ingredients:

2 8-oz cans crescent rolls

6 eggs

8 oz sliced ham

1 cup milk

4 oz cream cheese

2 cups shredded cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Optional veggies: mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, diced jalapeños (for some spice)

 
  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Dice up your ham & veggies.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Then add remaining ingredients (other than crescent rolls & cream cheese). Stir to combine.

  4. Take your crescent rolls out of the can and pull them apart. Spread some cream cheese on each roll.

  5. Spray a 9x13 baking dish and line the bottom of the pan with one can of the crescent rolls, cream cheese side up.

  6. Pour your egg mixture evenly over tbe crescent rolls.

  7. Add cream cheese to your other can of crescent rolls and layer them on the top of your egg mixture, with the cream cheese side face down this time.

  8. Bake at 350° for 35-40 mins.
