8 servings
20 min cook time
Ingredients:
8oz / 8 count can of crescent rolls
4 eggs
8 slices bacon (or whatever breakfast meat you want)
Shredded cheese
Any additional veggies (I add spinach to mine)
2 tbsp butter
Everything but bagel seasoning
Breakfast sauce (optional):
1/2 cup Mayo
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried dill weed
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 375°Scramble up eggs & any veggies that you choose to add.
Cook breakfast meat - I usually just throw my bacon in the air fryer as that is the quickest and easiest for me.
Form each of your crescent rolls into more of a flat circle than the triangle that they come in.
Add some of your egg mixture & meat to each of the flattened rolls (don't overfill or it will be too hard to form the dough around your filling).
Then form the dough around your filling so that they each look like a dough ball with the filling inside.
Add the bombs to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Cook at 375° for 9 minutes.
Meanwhile melt your 2 tbsp of butter
Remove your dough bombs from the oven, coat with butter and everything but bagel seasoning, then cook for 2 more minutes.
While those are cooking, you can mix together all of the ingredients for the breakfast sauce and serve your breakfast bombs with the sauce drizzled on top. Or eat them plain if you prefer.
