Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Tsps of Minced Garlic
2 Tsps of Minced Ginger
1/4 Cup of Honey
3 Tbsps Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup of Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Tsps Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Tbsps of Rice Vinegar
Instructions:
Place your chicken in the slow cooker.
In a bowl mix together your garlic, ginger, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cook on low for 4 hours. (Every crockpot is different - I would check your chicken so you are not overcooking or undercooking it.) Make sure your chicken is cooked to 165 degrees. When chicken is cooked it should shred easily with a fork.
Once the chicken is cooked, shred your chicken.
Serve over white rice or fried rice. I like to top with Yum Yum sauce. You can also top with sesame seeds and green onions.
Enjoy :)
