Ingredients:
2 cups minute rice
2 cups water
2 cups shredded chicken
1 cup (sour cream) French onion dip
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup French fried onions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Season your chicken with salt and pepper, cook over medium heat or in the instant pot for 10 mins. Shred chicken.
Cook minute rice by box instructions.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except French fried onions.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish/pan (it cooks faster in a 9x13 pan) and top with French fried onions.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and dish is bubbling.
