Greek Chicken Bowls

Servings: 4

Total cook time: 15-20 mins


Ingredients:

3-4 chicken breast

2-3 cucumbers

2 large tomatoes

1-2 cups Tzatziki sauce

2 cups white rice (optional)

Seasonings for chicken

 

  1. Season the chicken breast with your seasonings of choice. I usually use salt & pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder, & a little paprika.

  2. Cook the chicken how you like (grilled, air fryer, oven, smoker) & cut up into smaller chunks.

  3. Cook rice according to box instructions

  4. Cut up the cucumbers & tomatoes.

  5. Divide up chicken, veggies, rice, and sauce evenly into bowls. I usually use about 1/4 cup of Tzaziki sauce per bowl but you can do more or less per your preference.

  6. Add some salt & pepper to the veggies & enjoy!

That's all there is to it! This is a really easy and healthy meal prep idea for lunches.
