Need a simple yet crowd-pleasing lunch or appetizer? These baked Ham & Swiss sliders on sweet Hawaiian rolls are buttery, savory, and always a hit—perfect for game days, parties, or an easy weeknight meal.
Yield: 12 servings
Cook Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients
1 package Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
1 package deli ham
1 package Swiss cheese
½ cup butter
1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon poppy seeds or everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them intact. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
Layer the ham evenly over the rolls, then top with Swiss cheese. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Whisk in the Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and onion powder.
Pour the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds or everything bagel seasoning.
Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or overnight for extra flavor.
Bake covered for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 2 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden.
Serve warm and enjoy!
