These Italian Grinder Sliders are layered with melty provolone, savory deli meats, and topped with a creamy, tangy grinder salad—all baked on sweet Hawaiian rolls. They’re perfect for an easy dinner, game day, or feeding a hungry crowd.

Servings: 6

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

Sliders

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls

  • 8 oz Deli Ham

  • 4 oz Sliced Provolone Cheese

  • 3 oz Sliced Pepperoni

  • 3 oz Sliced Salami

Butter Glaze

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

  • 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt

Grinder Salad Topping

  • 8 oz Shredded Lettuce

  • ½ Cup Sliced Banana Peppers

  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning

  • ½ Teaspoon Salt

  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them intact. Place the bottom halves into the prepared baking dish.

  3. Layer the provolone cheese evenly over the rolls, followed by the ham, salami, and pepperoni. Place the top halves of the rolls back on. (Tip: Adding the cheese first helps prevent the top buns from sticking once the grinder salad is added.)

  4. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Brush or spoon the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.

  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.

  6. While the sliders are baking, prepare the grinder salad. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  7. Add the shredded lettuce and banana peppers and toss until evenly coated.

  8. Once the sliders are done baking, carefully remove the top buns. Spoon the grinder salad evenly over the sliders, then replace the buns.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
