Healthy Air Fryer Chicken Tenders


Ingredients:

1 lb of Chicken Tenders

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup Plain Panko

1/2 Cup Garlic Herb Bread Crumbs

Olive Oil Spray

1 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning

1 Tsp Paprika

1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (Optional for more heat)

1/2 Tsp Pepper

Salt & Pepper for the Chicken Breasts

Instructions:

Pat the chicken breasts dry then lightly salt and pepper your chicken breasts.


In a shallow bowl crack two eggs and whisk until combined.


In another shallow bowl combine your panko, bread crumbs, ranch seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, and pepper. Mix everything together until it's evenly combined.


Next dip your chicken tenders in the egg then coat your chicken in the bread crumb mixture. Spray both sides of the chicken with olive oil spray. Continue this until you have all your chicken tenders covered.


Air Fry at 400 degrees and cook for 5 minutes on both sides or until the chicken is cooked through.
